Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday commemorates Christ's triumphant arrival in Jerusalem riding on a donkey, a beast of burden, to the cheers of the crowd.

Since Lidgate church has a set of "the stations of the cross" there is a very moving service held here when people discuss and meditate at each of the stations as they process round the church.
