Restoration Work - Windows
The windows are susceptible to dampness as can be seen here.
The stone work itself has become worn and frost damaged and the tracery is, in many places, in very poor condition, requiring urgent repair.
The stonework over the years has begun to crumble and is in need of urgent repair.
The exterior of the windows are subject to the full force of the weathering action of the wind and rain. Not only has the exterior rendering of the walls fallen off, exposing the flint knapping (mediaeval in age), but the stone work of the windows has been severely compromised.
