Wickhambrook People
This is a picture of taken at the turn of the 20th century. It is taken on pension day and shows the pensioners arriving at the Post Office. In the front is Catherine Liskin and Widow of J Murbin.
This picture is again probably early 20th century. It shows John King receiving his pension and Joe Cook of the Alms Row looking on.
This picture again is probably taken in the early 20th century and shows Henry Ashman of Caters Farm speaking.
In the front row are (R to L) Revd John Sharpe of the Independent Chapel, Thomas Woollard and Frank Woollard. The little boy in the middle is thought to be Percy Woollard. Apparently Mr. Sharpe formed the Wickhambrook Cricket Club in 1885 at Meeting Green.
This is a picture of Revd Alexander McKechnie who was vicar of All Saints' between 1886 and 1935.
